TRY THE WORKING ON-PREM PRODUCT

Drop in a STEP. Get a quote like this.

A sample is loaded and the first estimate is ready. Rotate the part, change the material, quantity or shop rate, and make three comparisons. In your own AEROQ installation, start with your own STEP file.

Calculated by the AEROQ pricing engine. Three additional comparisons per network address; rotating the model is unlimited. This preloaded sample accepts no file uploads and is an estimate, not an offer to manufacture.

AEROQ LOCAL · FOUNDING SITE PROGRAMME

Your parts.
Your workshop.

Turn a STEP file into a quotation you can inspect. Set your own rates, review the assumptions and keep your customer geometry and pricing on your commissioned local installation.

Built for first-pass CNC estimating. Your team keeps the engineering judgement and the final commercial decision.

01 / YOUR GEOMETRY

Start with the actual part.

Inspect the STEP-derived model before pricing it. Keep geometry, manufacturing choices and the result together.

02 / YOUR COMMERCIALS

Quote with your shop rates.

Change material, quantity and hourly rate. See how the estimate responds instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

03 / YOUR JUDGEMENT

See what makes the price.

Review stock, setup and machining assumptions. Your engineer stays in charge of the final quotation.

04 / YOUR INSTALLATION

Keep the work on site.

The full on-prem product processes your parts locally, with quote PDFs and a history your team can return to.

WE SUPPLY THE HOST

Preconfigured appliance

£4,800 one-off · one physical site

A standard 32 GB Linux mini PC with AEROQ prepared for local quoting. We commission the installation with your team; you provide normal local IT/network access.

USE YOUR APPROVED HOST

Software-only deployment

£4,000 one-off · one physical site

The same on-premise quoting workflow on suitable customer hardware. We check the proposed host and agree the deployment before installation.

  • Single-site licence for the delivered software version
  • Unlimited internal quotation generation
  • Release-hash verified deployment
  • Remote commissioning and onboarding
  • 90 days of launch support
  • Local STEP analysis and drawing-review workflow
  • Quote PDFs and a local history register
  • Direct engineering feedback during rollout

Delivery follows release acceptance and an agreed commissioning date. Future major-version upgrades, ongoing support, additional sites, ERP/MRP integrations, bespoke workflows and unusual infrastructure are separately agreed. The programme is for the first 10 suitable installations across both routes; it is not a live stock counter.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Clear boundaries from day one.

Does customer CAD leave the site?

The standard quoting workflow processes STEP geometry and pricing locally, with the quotation application on an externally isolated network. External drawing assistance is disabled by default and is a separate, explicit commissioning decision.

Does this replace the estimator?

No. It supports first-pass CNC estimating and RFQ triage. Shop-specific calibration, manufacturability, drawing requirements and the final commercial quotation still need engineering judgement.

How do we judge the fit?

Start with a representative, non-confidential sample or a demonstration in your environment. Compare the process, assumptions and output with your team's method before committing to deployment.

The demonstrated local workflow has been tested through STEP upload, 3D preview, quotation, PDF export and retained history. This is not a claim of perfect costing, regulatory certification or completed commissioning on every customer platform.

FOUNDING SITE APPLICATION

See what it does with your parts.

Send a few details or reply to the campaign email. Start with a non-confidential sample, or arrange a demonstration inside your own environment. Do not email customer-controlled or restricted drawings.

The founding-site programme is limited to the first 10 suitable installations across both deployment routes. Applying does not commit you to purchase.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, not to enrol you in marketing. Privacy notice. Deployment is subject to hardware checks and an agreed acceptance test. Sector references do not imply certification.
